As a mum I tie my hair up almost daily, but each time I take my usual hair ties out it pulls a whole lot of hair out with it. I wanted to give these a try, along with the hair lightening spray. I was pleasantly surprised that they pull far fewer hairs out, and glide out instead of getting stuck in my hair. It would be better in different options for size, as I have fairly thin hair, so wrapping these around twice isn't a great hold, but three times is a bit tight. That would be my only recommendation.
