What is Lighten Luxe™?
Made here in Australia, Lighten Luxe is a gradual heat-activated hair lightener mist specially formulated to achieve your desired hair-lightening goals. The more you use it, the lighter your hair gets!
How long should I leave hair lightening spray in my hair?
Since our formula is gentle, lightweight, and isn't sticky, it feels comfortable enough to leave in your hair overnight. We recommend using a silk pillow and silk scrunchies to protect your hair and for the best possible results. If you can’t go that long, leave the hair lightening spray in for at least 4 hours before thoroughly washing hair with a gentle shampoo and conditioner.
Do you apply heat-activated hair lightener to wet or dry hair?
You can apply it on dry or damp hair — make sure you squeeze and ring out excess water before applying if your locks are damp.
Our heat-activated hair lightener couldn’t be easier to use! Simply follow these steps:
1. Generously mist the hair lightening spray directly on desired areas of hair until damp
2. Comb hair to distribute highlights evenly
3. Wash the product off your hands
4. Chill out under the sun for 45 minutes, or blow-dry hair on a warm setting for 5 minutes to supercharge the effects of our heat-activated hair lightener
5. Wait at least 4 hours before thoroughly washing your hair — most Lighten Luxe™ babes sleep with it in until the next day for top results
6. Repeat until your ultimate hair-lightening goals are reached!

What are the benefits of using a stainless steel gua sha?
Because stainless steel is a strong, durable and non-porous material, it is ideal for use on the face to reduce facial tension, perform lymphatic drainage and make skin feel firmer and more invigorated. A stainless steel gua sha will last you forever, and unlike gua shas made from porous stone, it won’t hold any oils or bacteria and won’t break if it’s dropped! Cleaning a stainless steel gua sha is simple too.
How do you use a gua sha?
The key to effectively using a gua sha tool is to lubricate your skin with a product like a facial oil to help the gua sha slide across the surface without too much friction.
The Lift Luxe stainless steel gua sha has three sides with distinct shapes designed for your forehead, cheekbones, jowls, neck and temple areas. Focusing on upwards motions and a lifted angle, gently use your gua sha to scrape the skin in an upwards and outwards motion for four to seven minutes, three times a week. Each purchase of a Lift Luxe gua sha comes with a detailed diagram to help you properly angle and position the gua sha tool on your face.
Do you use a gua sha before or after skincare?
To get the maximum benefits from your gua sha tool, cleanse and exfoliate your skin, use all of your skincare products as usual, and then finish up by using the gua sha for the final step of your skincare routine before bed.

I have been using Lighten luxe for over a year now. I started with dyed dark brown/black hair with red under tones and I was very skeptical as to what results I would get with dyed hair. After my first use I saw my hair lighten to a soft brown and was amazed. I continued with Lighten Luxe to turn my hair a light mousey blonde/brown as I was tired of dying my hair every 6 weeks to hide the greys in my regrowth. Dying was too hard and messy and the dyes were ruining my hair. The lighten luxe has been a life saver for my hair - after using t for 1 year my hair is so much lighter than mousey brown, it's even gotten to a blonde!
