Coverluxesilk offers a 100-night trial of our queen silk pillowcases!
We are so confident that you will fall in love with the exclusive pillowcases that we will give you 100 nights to love them or simply send them back and we'll refund you!
How does the silk pillowcases 100 night trial work?
Coverluxesilk wants to give you guys the chance to try and see the quality and benefits that our silk pillowcases can bring to you! If for some reason you don't fall in love with your silk pillowcase, here's what to do:
- If you don't see any benefit to your new silk pillowcase, simply post your silk pillowcase back to us to receive a full refund. (Please note our 100 night trial is only offered on our queen silk pillowcases).
- Original proof of purchase will be required, our 100-night trial is strictly limited to one return per household. Coverluxesilk will never resell used items, your returned pillowcase will be donated to a charity of our choice.
- Unfortunately, sale items cannot be exchanged, returned, or refunded. All sales on reduced stock are final.
- The pillowcase will not be accepted if it has been broken due to your lack of care.
- You will be responsible for paying shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. When you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Returns
Our policy lasts 14 days after your order is delivered. If 14 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately, we can’t offer you an exchange.
To be eligible for a return exchange, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging with tags attached.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Returns and Refunds
We do not offer refunds only exchanges for the same item in a different size, colour, or an item of similar value. Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your return.
If you are approved, then your exchange will be processed.
Sale items
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately, sale items cannot be refunded.
Exchanges & Returns
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email info@coverluxesilk.com
Shipping & Returns
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
The time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you depends on where you are located.

What is Lighten Luxe™?
Made here in Australia, Lighten Luxe is a gradual heat activated hair mist specially formulated to give you your desired hair lightening goals, the more you use it the lighter your hair gets!
What are the hero ingredients?
Lighten & Luxe
Lemon, Chamomile, Cinnamon, Apple Cider Vinegar.
Nourish & Hydrate
Jojoba, Castor, Avocado, Coconut, Olive, Aloe Vera
What are the complete directions of use?
Shake bottle well before use.
1. Detangle your hair with a comb.
2. Spritz a generous amount onto damp or dry hair until damp. Apply directly where you want your hair to reveal lighter tones.
3. Comb your hair out to even out your desired highlights.
4. Chill out in the sun for at least 45 minutes make sure sun is directed towards hair OR, blow dry hair on a warm setting for 5 minutes, both work extremely well. Make sure to apply sun protection on your face and body if you choose the sun option.
5. Wash hands.
6. Give at least 4 hours after the heat activation before you thoroughly Shampoo & Condition your hair. Since our recipe is lightweight, non-sticky, & hydrating, we recommend sleeping with it on for top results!
7. You will see results within 4 hours, but you should wait for the next day and when your hair is washed & dried to see the absolute final result.
8. Gradually repeat until you have reached your desired sun-kissed golden - blonde angel hair highlight goals! Use up to once per day.
Does it work on dyed hair?
Yes, Lighten Luxe™ works on natural, dyed, bleached, and henna hair!
How long should I leave it in my hair?
Since our formula is gentle, light weight, and isn't sticky. We recommend leaving it in overnight for top lightening results! But if you can't, you should leave it in for at least 4 hours before thoroughly washing hair as per usual with a good Shampoo and Conditioner.
How does the Lash Luxe™ growth serum work?
Our Lash Luxe formula is made out of 100% natural ingredients that simulaniously work together to safely and powerfully nourish the hair follicles located on eyelashes root line, which in turn encourages new hair growth. It also helps condition and strengthen your lashes, making them fuller and healthier.
What results can I expect and when?

Can I use the lash growth serum with eyelash extensions?
Yes. Lash Luxe is eyelash extension safe because our formula is free from any oil based ingredients and will not effect the longevity of your extensions. Just apply Lash Luxe on your upper eyelashes and watch them grow, even when you have lash extensions. This is what sets us apart from the rest!
