2. Take a before photo and video in clear lighting.
3. Film yourself applying Lighten Luxe correctly.
4. Film yourself using your initial chosen heat-activated method.
5. Take an after photo and video in clear lighting.
6. If it doesn't work the first time, please repeat the film and photo requirements twice more with another heat-activating technique. 

You must ensure:

- Apply generously until the sections of your hair that you would like lightened are damp. 
- Leave it on your hair for a minimum of 4 hours. You must try both blowdryer and sun methods. 
- You have photo and video evidence that you have used it correctly.                     

If after 3 times you still find yourself with no results, please send us all the evidence that you have tried it including the videos and photos. We will then check if your evidence is eligible for a refund and will get back to you with our decision.

If and after you have been approved, you are responsible for sending the product back to us. Once we have received your email, we will carefully assess your evidence.
